12/10/2023 0 Comments Beyond good and evil 2 2022I feel like Ubisoft has failed to provide anything revolutionary to the 3D open world genre since Far Cry 3. More people are being hired on and theyll have more news next year. ![]() The news comes as I reported this past summer via eXputer that external playtesting was starting for the game. So if you're a dev I suggest you to check out their open job offers. TL DR Michel Ancel stepped down and is leaving the industry, but he hasnt been directly involved with the project for a while. It seems like a joke at this point, but several sources have reported that Beyond Good and Evil 2 is still in the 'blocking phase' for the most part, with a few small areas with low-resolution textures. Beyond Good & Evil, two is developed on Voyager, a new proprietary engine and set of tools that the Ubisoft Montpellier team worked on for three years before releasing it in late 2015. A fantastic city to live in and both are great teams. P.S.: I did work there for years, even if I left years ago I frequently meet friends from there from time to time. The other one develops mobile games, it was located next to the cathedral but moved to be next to other iconic building of the city (the multi colored dildo shaped one): One is the mentioned here that develop AAA games, located just in front of the beach (if you ever visited the city for the Primavera Sound music festival, it's in the white tower next to the entrance): Beyond Good and Evil 2 was announced in 2008 and weve been doing 'its still happening' posts since at least 2014, yet all these years later its still just a title and a bit of concept art. In this case, as they did for years they recently posted a BGE2 related job offer, which obviously means they continue working on it. ![]() Ubisoft Barcelona, one of the teams behind BGE2 and others like Rainbow Siege or several Assassin's Creed games, like any other studio regularly from time to time posts job offers and sometimes they mention the related project. The sequel was first confirmed 14 years ago, but as early as February of this year. As you know there were some rumors of BGE2 being canned, but we have something that proves it isn't the case: Beyond Good and Evil 2, the ever-elusive sequel that was first announced way back in 2008, has a new lead writer.

It’s also possible to record from your webcam and add an overlay, too. Basically, users can select multiple windows or screen areas (or multiple monitors) and record simultaneous activity across them. Its greatest strength is the ability to capture and record multiple scenes at once. OBS Studio is an open-source screen recorder that enables users to record their screens and stream live videos for free.
12/10/2023 0 Comments Star trek discovery season 3 viewersIt was estimated to be the most in-demand All Access series of 2020, and received positive reviews for its new setting which critics felt had freed the series from the franchise's existing continuity and allowed it to tell the story it was meant to tell. ![]() The 13-episode season premiered on the streaming service CBS All Access on October 15, 2020, and concluded on January 7, 2021. Star Trek: Discovery was the first visual effects-heavy series to go through post-production during the COVID-19 pandemic, with work on the season's visual effects, as well as editing and music, taking place remotely. ![]() Filming took place from July 2019 to February 2020 in Toronto, Canada, and on location in Iceland. The season introduces the first explicitly non-binary and transgender Star Trek characters, respectively portrayed by recurring guests Blu del Barrio and Ian Alexander. They ended the second season with the Discovery travelling to the future, beyond existing Star Trek continuity, which allowed them to explore a new time period for the franchise including new designs and technology from production designer Phillip Barker. The season was ordered in February 2019, with Paradise promoted to co-showrunner alongside series co-creator Kurtzman. They are joined by David Ajala and Rachael Ancheril. Sonequa Martin-Green stars as Michael Burnham, first officer of the Discovery, along with the returning Doug Jones, Anthony Rapp, Mary Wiseman, and Wilson Cruz. The season was produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment, with Alex Kurtzman and Michelle Paradise serving as showrunners. Because of the Burn, Star Trek: Discovery's future wasn't especially futuristic in season 3, but now the galaxy's dilithium problems are over, the 32nd century will come to life with new worlds, new races, and new technologies, going even further towards marking a fresh saga for the good ship Discovery. The third season of the American television series Star Trek: Discovery follows the crew of the starship Discovery as they travel to the 32nd century, more than 900 years after Star Trek: The Original Series, and learn that Starfleet has nearly been destroyed by a cataclysmic event called "The Burn" that has left the galaxy disconnected. There's a brand new (and presumably permanent) captain in Michael Burnham, and the new uniforms provide a visual update. ![]() The name is up for debate, but there's no arguing that Star Trek: Discovery season 4 will be a stark contrast to everything that's come before. The events of season 1 led to Control's creation, season 2 charted the evil AI's defeat, and season 3 covered the aftermath of jumping to the future. It might not be as snappy as "Infinity saga," but perhaps the first period of Star Trek: Discovery's existence should be known as the Control saga. In similar fashion, Star Trek: Discovery's first 3 seasons now comprise one big saga, beginning with the Battle of the Binary Stars and ending with the defeat of the Emerald Chain. The Marvel films are notorious for setting up future installments with tantalizing post-credits scenes, but Avengers: Endgame completed the franchise's Infinity saga, allowing a new story to begin with Phase 4. There's a comparison to be made with the MCU's Avengers: Endgame. 12/10/2023 0 Comments Vox djs sky park![]() The majority of patients are diagnosed with KTCN at an early age, usually in the second decade of life. Based on the performed meta-analysis, the frequency of 1.3/1000 in the general population was estimated. One of the lowest incidence rates (0.0068%) was reported in North Macedonia and the highest (4.79%) in pediatric patients in Saudi Arabia. KTCN affects all ethnic groups worldwide and the disease prevalence varies between the described populations. Penetrating keratoplasty, deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty, and Bowman layer transplantation are treatment options in the advanced stages of the disease. Progression of KTCN can be modified–slowed down with corneal cross-linking procedure (CXL), which normalizes corneal parameters and improves visual acuity. Visual function support is provided with eyeglasses, contact lenses, or intrastromal corneal ring segments (ICRS). Compound myopic astigmatism is the most prevalent refractive error in the manifest refraction in KTCN patients, followed by hyperopic compound, mixed and myopic astigmatism. The usage of state-of-the-art technologies extends this definition to include detected abnormalities in both posterior corneal elevation and corneal thickness distribution, as well as in the corneal epithelium thickness profile. Keratoconus (KTCN) is a bilateral corneal disease characterized by progressive thinning and scarring of the cornea, iron deposition, and breaks in Bowman’s layer. Presented findings support the hypothesis of chronic mechanical corneal trauma in KTCN. ![]() Genes whose expression was extrapolated to the allergy status didn’t contribute to IgE-related or other inflammatory pathways. Analyses for genes whose expression in the CE was correlated with the eye rubbing manner showed the enrichment in apoptosis ( TP53, BCL2L1), chaperon-related ( TLN1, CTDSP2, SRPRA), unfolded protein response ( NFYA, TLN1, CTDSP2, SRPRA), cell adhesion ( TGFBI, PTPN1, PDPK1), and cellular stress ( TFDP1, SRPRA, CAPZB) pathways. ![]() Male sex, eye rubbing, time of using a computer after work, and dust in the working environment, were the substantial KTCN risk factors identified in multivariate analysis, with ORs of 8.66, 7.36, 2.35, and 5.25, respectively. Selected KTCN-specific findings were correlated with the outcomes of the RNA-seq assessment of the CE samples. In this case-control study, 118 KTCN patients and 73 controls were clinically examined and the Questionnaire covering the aforementioned aspects was completed and then statistically elaborated. Since the environmental, behavioral, and socioeconomic factors in the etiology of keratoconus (KTCN) remain poorly understood, we characterized them as features influencing KTCN phenotype, and especially affecting the corneal epithelium (CE). 12/9/2023 0 Comments Ham outletThe many facets of amateur radio attract practitioners with a wide range of interests. The term "ham" was first a pejorative term used in professional wired telegraphy during the 19th century, to mock operators with poor Morse code-sending skills (" ham-fisted"). Ham radio can also be used in the classroom to teach English, map skills, geography, math, science, and computer skills. Research by amateur operators has founded new industries, built economies, empowered nations, and saved lives in times of emergency. ![]() Amateur radio enthusiasts have significantly contributed to science, engineering, industry, and social services. As with radio in general, amateur radio was associated with various amateur experimenters and hobbyists. This radio callbook lists wireless telegraph stations in Canada and the United States, including 89 amateur radio stations. The First Annual Official Wireless Blue Book of the Wireless Association of America, produced in 1909, contains a list of amateur radio stations. The origins of amateur radio can be traced to the late 19th century, but amateur radio as practiced today began in the early 20th century. Computers are used for control, data modes, SDR, RTTY and logging. Multiple transceivers are employed for different bands and modes. About 830,000 amateur radio stations are located in IARU Region 2 (the Americas) followed by IARU Region 3 (South and East Asia and the Pacific Ocean) with about 750,000 stations. According to an estimate made in 2011 by the American Radio Relay League, two million people throughout the world are regularly involved with amateur radio. In many countries, amateur radio operators may also send, receive, or relay radio communications between computers or transceivers connected to secure virtual private networks on the Internet.Īmateur radio is officially represented and coordinated by the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU), which is organized in three regions and has as its members the national amateur radio societies which exist in most countries. This enables communication across a city, region, country, continent, the world, or even into space. Radio amateurs are limited to a small set of frequency bands, the amateur radio bands, allocated throughout the radio spectrum, but within these bands are allowed to transmit on any frequency using a variety of voice, text, image, and data communications modes. Amateur operators must hold an amateur radio license which is obtained by passing a government test demonstrating adequate technical radio knowledge and legal knowledge of the host government's radio regulations. National governments regulate technical and operational characteristics of transmissions and issue individual station licenses with a unique identifying call sign, which must be used in all transmissions. There’s a slick industrial goth vibe, and Snipes is an everloving badass as the famed bloodsucker-hunter. With blood raves and ferocious vampire attacks, Stephen Norrington’s Blade is a more horror-focused film than we can assume will be the MCU’s version. I know we’re getting a new MCU-approved version of Blade in Mahershala Ali, but let’s not forget Wesley Snipes was doing the character justice back in 1998. His love of the horror genre is evident through Marty Feldman’s hilarious take on Igor to the skewering of genre tropes, making an endlessly quotable treat for horror fans. Mel Brooks’ classic monster spoof Young Frankenstein is one of his funniest films thanks to Peter Boyle’s creature performance and Gene Wilder’s impeccable comedic delivery.
